DG2 “Specialty Suite” Software: The Next Step

Ready for an exciting and innovative set of trading tools? the DG2 "Specialty Suite" brings fresh concepts and striking new graphics to the power of traditional Drummond Geometry.

The "Specialty Suite" contains all of the latest DG2 software developments. If you have been watching Charlie Drummond as he pokes and prods P&L methodology in the daily "Mogs" and tweaks Drummond Geometry to extract a few more percentage points, then you already know what we're talking about. The DG2 Specialty Suite includes the following seven indicators:

The "Pipes" Indicator

DG2 "Pipes" is a completely new trading tool that gives the DG trader an "instant assessment" of market condition and direction. Developed by Charles Drummond in the Summer and Fall of 2008 this is the latest DG2 innovation and promises high returns to the DG trader. Elements include: Red Bands, Cyan Pipes, Oncoming Predicted Pipes and their reference marks, Zones 1 and 6, and the familiar Drummond Geometry Envelope. See the detailed announcement here.

The Long-term "Multi" Indicators

With these "Multi" indicators you will be able to create yearly, quarterly, two-and-a-half year and five-year charts using TradeStation's native data or in fact with any ascii data stream that you choose. Hard to believe, but now you can have yearly charts with higher time-period overlays!

The "Refresh Bands"

The envelope works. The live envelope works.
Now we have the two together, and overlaid in multiple time periods, from intraday up to yearly.

The "Blues" including bands 1-6

Introducing zones 1-6 and their use; these can be especially effective for stops.

The "5/9" Zones

We know how effective the 5/9s are; now you can use the collective energy of the last four 5/9s all together.

The "bar percent complete" indicator

Small but useful: this utility tells you how far along a tick bar is before completion. Really, it is very, very useful.

"Mother Goose 2008"

There was the MG of 1985. And now the new and totally different Mother Goose is being introduced in mid-2008. We like this one. It is an incremental enhancement -- but what an increment!
