Welcome to Level 13 of our Drummond Geometry professional education. In this level we continue to focus on market structure – this time looking at congestion action. Congestion action is when the market moves back and forth between the confines of congestion but does not enter a new trend. This can go on for some time. Often we can predict when this condition will occur.
